One of the first things you see when you approach the front door are the words “French Bakery,” and staying true to our bakery roots, we bake quality breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins and other goods for both our own use and to provide to other businesses.

Merchants is one of the oldest bakeries in town, with a reputation for crafting baked goods of consistent quality and taste. Our baked items are available to buy from the glass case, or, for larger orders, you can call ahead.
